You must provide accurate, complete and current information when registering. This includes your real name, a valid Pakistan mobile number and a working email address. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account suspension without return of funds. If any of your details change after registration, you are responsible for updating them promptly through the account settings.
You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone else and do not allow another person to use your account. Spribe is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.
All deposits on Spribe are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit channels include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer and other supported mobile wallets. Deposit minimums and any applicable processing times are listed on the deposit page within your account.
You may only deposit funds from payment methods that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where someone else sends money on your behalf — are not permitted and may result in account suspension. Spribe does not accept deposits made with funds sourced from illegal activity.
Deposits are generally credited to your Spribe balance instantly for JazzCash and Easypaisa transactions. Bank transfer and Raast deposits may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing times. If a deposit does not appear in your balance within a reasonable time, contact support with your transaction reference number.
Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect our players. Before your first withdrawal is processed, Spribe may request identity verification documents. This is a standard procedure and is required to protect both you and the platform. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC, passport or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide these documents when requested will delay or prevent withdrawal processing.
If your account balance includes active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements, only the portion of your balance that has cleared all applicable wagering conditions is available for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus portion being forfeited. Always check the specific terms attached to any bonus before accepting it.

All sports bets placed on Spribe are subject to the following general rules. Cricket, PSL, Football, Esports and all other sports offered on the platform are governed by these rules alongside any sport-specific rules displayed within the relevant betting markets.
A bet is only accepted once you receive a confirmation message showing your bet reference number and the odds at which the bet was placed. Odds are subject to change up to the moment of confirmation. If a bet is placed at incorrect odds due to a system error, Spribe reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to your account.
Bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body — the Pakistan Cricket Board for domestic Cricket and PSL fixtures, FIFA for Football, and the relevant Esports tournament organiser for Esports markets. In cases where an official result is disputed or under review, settlement may be delayed until the result is confirmed.
If a match is abandoned before completion, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned unless a sufficient portion of the match has been completed and a result can be determined under the relevant sport's governing rules. For T20 cricket matches, the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method result is accepted as the official result for settlement purposes. Postponed matches where play does not resume within 24 hours will typically be voided.
Spribe applies maximum payout limits per bet and per day. These limits are displayed within the bet slip at the time of placing a bet. Where a bet would result in winnings exceeding the published limit, the payout is capped at the maximum stated amount.
All casino games, slots, Live Casino tables and Bingo on Spribe use certified random number generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems operated by licensed game providers. Game outcomes are determined independently of any external influence, including the size of your bet or account balance.
In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed on the server and the result recorded. If a disconnection prevents you from completing a wager, the outcome will be determined by the server state at the time of disconnection. Spribe is not liable for disconnections caused by issues outside our infrastructure — for example, your mobile network dropping during a live cricket match or a Live Casino session.
Live Casino games are streamed in real time and subject to the rules displayed at the relevant table. Decisions made by the live dealer are final once the round closes. Any dispute about a round outcome must be raised with support within 24 hours of the round completing, with the round reference number provided.
